HD Series Submersible Dewatering Pumps

HCP Pumps' HD series of submersible dewatering pumps is designed for civil engineering applications. Portability, a double outer casing, and a water-cooling motor combine to make these pumps ideal for low water levels. With IP68 standard epoxy resin cable, an automatic rest motor protector, and a silicon carbide double mechanical seal, the HD series pump is durable and leakproof. It has a powerful multi-impeller design with a high chrome alloy steel (HiCrFC) impeller and wear plate/wear rings with a Rockwell hardness rating of 55-60.

 

 

IC Series Submersible Dewatering Pumps

Dewatering pumps in HCP Pumps' IC series have an internal casing treated with a high solids epoxy coating to prevent corrosion and extend product life.  Pumps in this series have a dry motor with thermal auto-cut, a heat-efficient cast iron motor frame, abrasion-resistant double mechanical seals, and an additional oil seal.  The water-cooled motor is highly efficient, ensuring energy savings even in continuous/intermittent operation. 

The suction impeller design of the IC series allows for dewatering or circulation applications, and the pump strainer can be easily replaced with a check valve for dewatering up to 26 feet.  These pumps come equipped with a casing cover with a metric thread bolt hole to ease the valve and adapter connection. 

 

L Series Submersible Large Volume Dewatering Pumps

Submersible dewatering pumps in HCP Pumps' L series have large flow capacities, made possible by the use of axial and mix flow designs.  These pumps are highly efficient, thanks to the impeller flow guide vane, and are also easy to handle and low-maintenance.  The heavy-duty housing and cable leads are waterproofed with hardened epoxy. 

These pumps are made to last.  The casted ALBC3 material (aluminum bronze) impeller has superior abrasion/corrosion resistance.  Our L series dewatering pumps are even equipped to handle small solids.  An epoxy coating prolongs abrasion/corrosion resistance. 

 

LA Series Submersible Axial Flow Pumps

HCP Pumps' LA series of submersible axial flow pumps is designed to handle large volume dewatering. The motor connects directly to the impeller for highest efficiency, and the design of the impeller and vanes produces a higher pump efficiency. The shaft and impeller are precisely balanced to reduce noise and extend product life. A thermal protector and mechanical leakage detector come standard, and other protection devices are also available upon request. Pumps in the LA series are equipped with sacrificial anodes, which are high active metals used to prevent a less active material from corroding, reducing rusting corrosion in seawater and increasing the pump's lifetime.
